  • I forgot my password. What should I do now?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one at any time. Go to Login and click on the forgotten password button. We will then send you an e-mail that you can use to reset your password yourself. Follow the further instructions and you will soon be able to log in again!
  • How can I change my personal details?

    To do this, you must first log in to access My Account. You can do this by clicking on the 'Log in/Register' button. After you have logged in, you can view your personal details, manage your addresses, and change your password or e-mail address.
  • How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    You can do this in 2 ways. There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every newsletter that allows you to do this very easily. The other option is to log into your customer account and then go to 'My newsletters'. There, too, you can easily specify which newsletters you do and do not want to receive.
  • I would like to delete my account. Is this possible?

    What a shame that you want to leave us. Before we let you go, we do want to remind you that by deleting your account information, you will also no longer be able to access your order history and you will also have to put in a little more effort to fill in all of your information on your next order. If that's not a problem, you can delete your account by sending us an email at [email protected].
