Ingredients
- 2 bundles Ramen Noodles
- 100 ml Red Miso Aged
1 pak choi
2 eggs
1 L water
2 chicken breasts
spring onion & chili pepper for garnish
Preparation method for Miso Ramen with Chicken
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add the miso broth paste. Keep 1 part miso paste to 10 parts water for the best taste. Do you like a slightly milder flavor? Then add a little more water.
- Let this broth boil briefly and in the meantime cook the ramen noodles. Add the last 2 minutes of pak choi to the noodles and cook them with the noodles.
- Fry the chicken and cut into thin slices.
- Poach an egg or provide a soft boiled egg to serve.
- Put the noodles in a fine bowl and add the broth. Place the pak choi, chicken and egg nicely on the noodles and top with spring onion and red pepper
Serve tip
substitute chicken for crispy tofu, beef or tempura shrimp
