Seaweed is one of those ingredients we think of when we talk about Asian food. And especially in combination with sushi or poké bowls, for example. Crispy, salty and a real flavor and texture creator. The nice thing is; a seaweed salad is very easy to make yourself and obviously tastes much better than the container from the supermarket!
Ingredients
1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp pressed garlic
Preparation method for seaweed salad
- Soak the seaweed in water for about 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil in a bowl. Try again and again until you find the perfect taste. Drain the seaweed, place in a bowl or container and pour the dressing over.
- Put the whole thing in the fridge for about 1 hour so that the aromas can absorb well.
- Serve with sesame seeds.
Serve tip
If desired, add a teaspoon of dried chili flakes or crispy chili oil for extra spice!
