Chicken marinade

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Mirin Sauce

- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

- 120 ml Thin Soy Sauce Superior

8 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Preparation method for Chicken marinade

1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped onion, and grated ginger. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

2. Place the chicken in a large dish or bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure all the chicken pieces are well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but for the best flavor, marinate overnight.

3. Grill the chicken on the Korean BBQ until the meat is cooked through and has a nice brown color. Turn the chicken regularly for even cooking and coloring.

4. Serve immediately and enjoy this deliciously seasoned Korean BBQ chicken!
