Coriander-lime dipping sauce

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons Thin Soy Sauce Superior

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon chopped red chili (optional)

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Preparation method for Coriander-lime dipping sauce

1. Start by preparing the ingredients: finely chop the cilantro, garlic, and red chili (if using), and grate the ginger. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.

2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, chopped cilantro, red chili, garlic, and grated ginger. Stir everything together until well mixed.

3. Taste the dipping sauce and adjust the flavor by adding more lime juice or soy sauce, depending on how tangy or salty you prefer the sauce.

4. Let the dipping sauce sit in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld, or serve immediately with your hotpot.
