Ingredients
- 1/3 teaspoon Hot Red Pepper Powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- Garnish Roasted White Sesame Seeds
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 red chili pepper, finely chopped
1 spring onion
1/4 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
2 tablespoons hot oil
1 1/2 tablespoons black vinegar
Cilantro (optional)
Preparation method for Spicy Garlic Dipping Sauce
1. Start by finely chopping the garlic, red chili pepper, and spring onion. Set them aside.
2. In a bowl, mix the gochugaru, Sichuan pepper, sesame seeds, black vinegar, and oyster sauce well together.
3. Add the chopped garlic, red chili pepper, and spring onion to the sauce and stir everything well.
4. Heat the oil in a small pan until hot but not smoking. Pour the hot oil over the sauce mixture and stir well so that everything blends nicely.
5. Garnish the sauce with cilantro if desired and serve immediately with your Korean BBQ.
