Stuffed eggs, you come across them at lots of parties. They are a real party snack, flavorful and filling. Of course, we give it an Asian twist.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Japanese Mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha Chilli Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Chillies Extra Hot
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoom Roasted seasoned seaweed for toppings

Preparation method for asian stuffed eggs
- grab some hard-boiled eggs.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks with a spoon and collect them in a bowl. - Do you make different flavors? Then divide the egg yolk into several bowls.
- Add sriracha and regular mayonnaise (or kewpie) to the first bowl and the wasabi mayonnaise to the other bowl.
- Mix both well and fill the egg mixture into a piping bag.
- Now inject the egg mixture into the yolk cavity and form a nice clump of it. (Of course you can also do this with a spoon).
- Sprinkle with some furikake, chilli flakes, sriracha and sesame.
Serve tip
Try putting some peeled eggs in soy sauce for an hour. This also gives a delicious flavor.
