During the summer, people use the BBQ a lot. Meat, fish and vegetables get extra attention and more time is spent making sauces, marinades and rubs. Rubs come in different shapes and sizes. For meat, fish, even vegetable substitutes. This Asian rub for meat (beef) is one you'll want to try. Multiply the numbers and make a big batch of rub at once, then you'll always have it on hand.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1/2 tablespoon coffee
1/2 tablespoon salt
