
Beef and bean stir fry

comfort food at its best. A delicious beef stir fry with beans is what you want to eat when you have little time to cook but want to eat something tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Holy Basil Seasoning Paste
- 200 g Brown Jasmine Rice (Fragrant Rice)
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 cloves of garlic: sliced
500 g lean beef mince
20 g pineapple chunks
2 teaspoons brown sugar
350g green beans sliced
fresh coriander sprigs
2 long fresh red peppers thinly sliced
Preparation method for Beef and bean stir fry
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drizzle with oil. Fry garlic for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
- Add beef. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, until browned.
- Add spices. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add pineapple chunks, oyster sauce and sugar. Simmer, stirring, for 10 minutes, or until mixture is dark golden and sticky.
- Add beans and cook, stirring frequently, for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the cilantro.
- Sprinkle with sliced chili peppers.
