Bibimbap is a delicious Korean dish with rice, egg and vegetables as a base. In addition, you can choose whether to top it with tofu, meat or seafood. The great thing about bibimbap is that you can make it completely to your own taste!

Ingredients
- 320 g Jasmine Rice (Fragrant Rice)
- 10 pieces Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 100 g Vegetables kimchi ORIENTAL pt 215g
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce Extra Hot
- 2 tsp Chilli Paste Oelek
3 Beefsteaks
150 g grated Carrot
1 Cucumber
200 g Spinach
200 g Bean sprouts
1 can of Corn
4 Eggs
Preparation method for Beef Bibimbap
- Cook rice according to the package instructions.
- Soak the shiitake for 20 minutes, then slice and fry in the pan with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over high heat for 1-2 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, add 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce. Do the same with the spinach and bean sprouts.
- Cut the cucumber into strips, drain the can of corn and remove the grated carrot from the packaging and set it aside.
- Meanwhile cut the steak into strips and fry in a pan with butter for 4-5 minutes.
- Then fry 4 fried eggs in the same pan.
- Divide the rice between 4 bowls, add all the ingredients and your bibimbap is ready.
- Serve with some kimchi and Sriracha if desired.
