Once again, Ces Kitchen manages to surprise us with a delicious dish. Fancy an easy but delicious recipe?

Ingredients
250 g Sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 Onion, chopped
¾ cup Water
1 tsp Sugar
3 cups pods
3 tbsp garlice puree
2 tsp ginger puree
Preparation method for steak strips with oyster sauce
- Season the steak with salt and pepper and 'bread' it with cornflour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sear the steak until the edges are nicely browned. Remove the steak strips and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic, ginger and onion. Add the steak strips and the water.
- Then add the oyster sauce, sugar and snow peas over high heat.
- Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and add the sesame oil before removing the pan from the heat.
Serve tip
Serve with rice
