Asian beef rolls with vegetables! Want to enjoy meat and vegetables in a different way from the traditional way? Then try these delicious beef rolls with vegetables. Not only a feast for the eyes, but also for the stomach. You can grill the beef rolls on the griddle, but also excellent on the BBQ! Serve with bread, rice or noodles.

Ingredients
4 beef schnitzels
1 clove of pressed garlic
8 green asparagus
half zucchini
4 carrots
half bell bell pepper
fresh cilantro
Preparation method for Beef rolls
- Make a marinade with soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, paprika and pressed garlic. Marinate the beef cutlets in this marinade for at least 15 minutes. Place the cocktail sticks in the water for 5 minutes (this way they won't burn when grilling on).
- Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into strips. Blanch the carrots and asparagus.
- Divide the schnitzel in half. Roll the vegetables into the meat and secure with a cocktail stick.
- Grill the meat for about 10 minutes until well done. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander. Bon appetit!
