Stir-fried steak with Chinese black bean garlic sauce

Black bean sauce, garlic and steak.... it doesn't get much better! This recipe is so simple and so quick to prepare, perfect for when you're short on time. Of course, wok dishes have always been known for quick preparation, but with this dish you really are eating in 10-15 minutes. Choose your favorite vegetables, add steak strips and the ready-made black bean sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 200 g Bamboo Shoots (Strips)
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
- 200 g Corn young FG can 400g/15-17pcs
- 1 nest Pancit Canton Noodles
- 3 tablespoon Black Bean Sauce with Garlic
1 cube of vegetable stock, in 500 ml of water
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
200 g sugar snap peas
250 g Steak cut into strips
Preparation method for Black bean steak
- Heat the broth and add the vegetables (we used corn on the cob, bamboo strips, peppers and sugar snap peas) and cook for 2 minutes. Then drain the vegetables in a colander.
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the steak strips briefly.
- Add the wok sauce and the vegetables and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Bon appetit!
Serve tip
Serve with Chinese noodles.
