A pastry is part of Christmas. But would you like to make something other than the traditional chicken pie? Consider this delicious, well-filled Asian pie. Super tasty and easy to prepare!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Rice Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Paste Brandal
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
1 Stem of Leek
250 g Mushrooms
1 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g Minced Beef
1 Pot of peas & carrots (350 g)
4 Pastry pans (possibly in Christmas shapes)
Preparation method for Christmas pie
- Clean and slice the leeks. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Take a large pan and sauté the onion in oil with sambal. The garlic add and fry the minced meat.
- Add the leek and season the sauce with soy sauce, tomato paste, 5-spice, nutmeg and djinten. Add the mushrooms and the drained peas and carrots. Simmer gently.
- Meanwhile, heat the patties according to package directions. Spread the sauce over the patties.
