A downright Instagram/Pinterest/Tiktok trend last year, but we still see this coffee with Asian roots popping up regularly. Dalgona Coffee. A whipped coffee based on instant coffee and sugar. Super easy to make and a delicious pick-me-up in the morning or dessert in the evening. You choose. This coffee can also be drunk hot, but we prefer it cold.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee 3 in 1 G7 (Box)
- 300 ml Coconut Milk Tetra Pak (17-19% Fat)
Two tablespoons of sugar
Two tablespoons hot water
Ice cubes
Preparation method for Dalgona coffee with coconut milk
- Put the two tablespoons of coffee, two tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of hot water in a bowl.
- Beat this with a whisk or electric mixer until fluffy and fluffy. The latter is a lot less labor intensive!
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour up to 2/3 of the glass coconut milk.
- Spoon your coffee cloud onto the milk. You can drink the coffee like this, or stir it a little more.
Serve tip
Serve with a spoon, this way you can really eat the coffee like dessert.
