Our cooking sauces are great for an easy weeknight meal. They are delicious on their own but you can add your own ingredients to taste. In this dish we add extra almonds cilantro and pepper which gives the dish a delicious crunch.

Ingredients
450g chicken disc fillet, diced
2tl fresh coriander
1tl almond flakes, toasted
Preparation method for easy chicken korma
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions for a few minutes. Add the sliced chicken thighs and stir well. Add Patak's korma sauce and black pepper and simmer for 20/25 minutes until the chicken is done.
Serve tip
Spread the cilantro on top and serve with toasted almonds
