Ingredients

450g chicken disc fillet, diced

2tl fresh coriander

1tl almond flakes, toasted

Preparation method for easy chicken korma

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions for a few minutes. Add the sliced chicken thighs and stir well. Add Patak's korma sauce and black pepper and simmer for 20/25 minutes until the chicken is done.
