
Stuffed paratha
Stuffed paratha with sweet potato and spring onion.

Stuffed paratha tastes great as a meal, but can also be made as a quick snack or lunch. The fillings are endless, but this vegan version with sweet potato is a real winner!

Ingredients
- 1 pack *Paratha natural SPRING H pk 325g
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Aromatic Spices
400 g sweet potato
2 spring onion stalks in rings
handful of parsley
olive oil
Preparation method for Stuffed paratha
- Bring water to a boil. Peel the sweet potatoes cleanly and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add garam masala, sesame seeds and parsley and stir well.
- Remove the parathas from the freezer and let them thaw for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the mashed sweet potatoes among five parathas, covering half of each paratha.
- Fold the parathas over to create a semicircle filled with the mashed sweet potatoes.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan. Fry the parathas for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
