1. Soak the dried glass noodles in warm water for 3-5 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain in a sieve.Glass noodles are often used in salads and soups. With this fun recipe, wok the noodles for a new deliciously light version. Quick to make and also nice for lunch!2. Fry an omelet from the eggs, let the omelette cool and cut into pieces.3. Heat the wok on medium-high heat, add the oil. In it, fry the garlic lightly brown.4. Add the sliced chicken with the fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Stir everything until the chicken is cooked (do not fry the chicken breast too long).5. Now add the glass noodles. Stir-fry the noodles with the chicken and egg pieces.6. Slide the noodles to one side of the wok. Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the onions and tomato segments. Then mix everything together well.7. Finally, add the spring onions.

250 g chicken breast*
3 spring onions
2 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 hefty onion
Preparation method for Fried glass noodles
- Soak dried glass noodles in warm water for 3-5 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain in a colander.
- Fry the eggs into an omelette, let the omelette cool and cut into pieces.
- Heat the wok over medium heat, add the oil. Fry the garlic in it until it is lightly browned.
- Add the sliced chicken with the fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Stir until the chicken is cooked through (do not overcook the chicken breast).
- Now add the glass noodles. Stir-fry the noodles with the chicken and the pieces of egg.
- Push the noodles to one side of the wok. Put some oil in the pan and fry the onions and tomato pieces. Then mix everything well.
- Finally add the spring onions.
Serve tip
Serve immediately in a preheated dish to keep the dish hot longer.
