Imagine yourself in a starred restaurant with this tasty and visually amazing shrimp dish. The marinade is also delicious with other types of fish and even with your favorite piece of meat!

Ingredients
- steamer basket Bamboo Steamer (Ø 20 cm)
350 g large Shrimp gutted (head and tail attached)
1 Spring onion finely chopped
1/4 stalk Lemongrass
Preparation method for ginger lemon shrimp
- You can use fresh shrimp or frozen shrimp. In the latter case, you should let them thaw first. Mix the shrimp with the herb paste and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the shrimp in a steamer and garnish with some spring onion and lemongrass. Place the steamer basket over a pot of boiling water and steam the shrimp for 5 minutes. If you don't have a steamer basket, you can use a colander. In this case, cover the strainer with aluminum foil before placing it on the pan.
- Arrange the shrimp in a nice circle on a large plate and sprinkle with the remaining spring onions. Bon appetit!

Serve hot as tapas, or as a meal with rice and a green salad
