Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Rice Oil
- 2 tablespoon Thin Soy Sauce Formula A (Healthy Boy)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 40 g Cashew Kernels
500 g Green Asparagus
1 Garlic clove
½ Red Pepper
3 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Agave syrup
Preparation method for Grilled Asian asparagus
- First break off the hard ends (undersides) of the asparagus.
- Then cut open the red peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely. Then grate the garlic and chop the cashew nuts.
- Heat a (grill) pan with vegetable oil and grill the asparagus in it for about five minutes. The grilling time depends on the thickness of the asparagus, but it should be at least al dente.
- Meanwhile, mix together the following ingredients for the dressing: red pepper, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, agave nectar, and sesame oil.
- When the asparagus is al dente, they can be transferred straight from the pan to a plate, shelf, or platter. Then take a spoon and drizzle the asparagus with your dressing and sprinkle with the cashews.
