
Grilled sesame chicken

Tasty tender chicken with the taste of sesame. This way of preparing chicken is going to be one of your favorites.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
2 tablespoons honey
3 - 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Vegetable cooking spray or vegetable oil for the grill
Chopped chives for garnish
Preparation method for Grilled sesame chicken
- Toast the sesame seeds, stirring frequently, in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat until light brown.
- Combine the sesame seeds, ginger, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least an hour.
- Preheat a pan or grill over medium-high heat and fry the chicken breasts for about 8 minutes on each side or until clear juices are visible.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with some more sesame seeds and chopped chives if desired.
Serve tip
You can use other proteins such as fish, pork or even beef for this recipe. This can also be made vegetarian by using tofu.
