Iced Thai Tea Latte

Ingredients

- 1 tea bag Black Tea

- 1 cinnamon stick Dalchini (Cinnamon Sticks)

- 1 star anise Star Anise (Whole)

- 2 beans Elaichi / Green Cardamom (Whole)

- 1 clove Cloves (Whole)

- to taste Soybean Milk

Preparation method for Iced Thai Tea Latte

  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Take the cardamom, star anise, cloves and cinnamon and put them in a bowl along with the black tea.
  3. Once the water boils add this to your spice mixture.
  4. After 5 minutes remove the tea and put the water with the spices in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  5. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour your Thai Tea on top.
  6. Add a cold milk of your choice for the perfect Thai Tea Latte.
