A Thai Tea is delicious, spicy and warm in autumn and winter, but did you know that these herbs can also be very refreshing in summer? So we made this Iced Thai Tea and were fans from moment 1.

Ingredients
- 1 tea bag Black Tea
- 1 cinnamon stick Dalchini (Cinnamon Sticks)
- 1 star anise Star Anise (Whole)
- 2 beans Elaichi / Green Cardamom (Whole)
- 1 clove Cloves (Whole)
- to taste Soybean Milk

Preparation method for Iced Thai Tea Latte
- Bring water to a boil
- Take the cardamom, star anise, cloves and cinnamon and put them in a bowl along with the black tea.
- Once the water boils add this to your spice mixture.
- After 5 minutes remove the tea and put the water with the spices in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour your Thai Tea on top.
- Add a cold milk of your choice for the perfect Thai Tea Latte.
