Tikka Masala, one of the most famous Indian dishes enjoyed by people all over the world. The delicious mix of different spices and ingredients such as tomato paste, cloves, and ginger is what makes this dish so special. Combine it with vegetables, rice or naan bread and the meal is complete!

Ingredients
- 1 package Indian Tikka Masala Curry Spice Paste
- 3 tbsp Coconut Milk (18% Fat)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- to taste Basmati Rice
400g chicken
3 peppers
1 red onion
225g black beans
200g peas
15g coriander
Preparation method for Indian Tikka Masala
- Mix the Tikka Massala spice paste with 3 teaspoons of coconut milk. Add the chicken thigh strips and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Wait until the oil is warm to hot and add the chicken strips. Fry the chicken 3 minutes brown all around.
- Add water and let the chicken simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the tomatoes, peppers and red onions into pieces. Then fry them for 3 minutes in a pan over medium heat.
- Now add the peas, black beans and chicken and keep stirring for a few minutes. Finally add sesame oil and coriander if necessary.Delicious!

Delicious with naan bread or another kind of flatbread
