Can you combine Asian cuisine with Dutch? Of course, it is very possible and also super tasty! Just try this delicious Indian meat dish with green beans, then you'll immediately know what I mean.

Ingredients
750 g Potato, peeled
500 g Green beans
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, pressed
500 g minced beef
70 g Tomato puree
1 can corn
Piping hot milk
1 Egg yolk
Pepper and salt
Preparation method for Indian meat dish
- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into cubes of ± 2 cm. Cook until soft. Meanwhile, wash and halve the green beans.
- Puree the shaken potatoes together with the milk and egg yolk to a puree. Season with paprika, pepper and salt.
- Put the minced meat mixture in a casserole dish, spread the mashed potatoes on top and put in the oven for about 35 minutes until the mash has a nice brown crust. Be sure to try one of our other delicious recipes too!
