A cheese sandwich is a common lunch, but let's spice that baby up! We're making a cheese and kimchi sandwich - from now on you'll be eating this instead of a cheese sandwich - trust us!

Ingredients
2 slices of bread
Cheese slices
Butter
Spring onion
Preparation method for Kimchi Grilled Cheese
- Spread two slices of bread with kewpie mayonnaise
- melt butter in a frying pan and let it get well hot
- Spread both slices of bread with cheese, one slice of bread with kimchi and place on top of each other
- Turn down the heat slightly and now fry the bread on both sides until golden brown
- Because the pan is well hot, the bread colors faster and the inside of the bread still remains nice and soft. Just the way a good sandwich should be.
- Top with some spring onion rings
Serve tip
Serve with a chili dipping sauce if desired, but really, this grilled cheese doesn't need any dip
