
Mango Pudding

Fancy a tasty Mango dessert? Then try the mango pudding. Is very easy to make, just needs some time in the fridge. But that should not spoil the fun (taste)!

Ingredients
- 250 ml Alphonso Mango Pulp Sweetened
- 250 ml Coconut Milk Tetra Pak (18% Fat)
5 Gelatin leaves
Sugar to taste
1/8 tsp Salt
Preparation method for Mango Pudding
- Soak gelatin leaves in cold water.
- Heat mango puree, coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Don't let it cook, but keep it on the fire long enough for everything to be solved.
- Put the squeezed gelatin leaves in the pan 1 by 1 and stir well until everything is dissolved.
- Then pour the mixture into bowls, let it cool a little and cover it with plastic wrap.
- Put it in the fridge for 2 hours and then possibly serve it with mint leaves and fresh fruit.
