Winter chill. You want to get nice and warm, but then again you're not craving a real Dutch stew. Try this delicious variant that combines Asian and Dutch cuisine! You can taste the winter, but also experience the warm flavors of Asia!

Ingredients
500 g sprouts
400 g nasi/bami meat
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 red bell bell pepper, chopped small
Preparation method for Noodles with sprouts
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a dash of (peanut) oil in a wok and fry the nasi/bami meat and a crushed clove of garlic in it. Then add the Brussels sprouts and pepper. Season to taste with soy sauce and ginger syrup.
- In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and finally fold in the cashew nuts.
Serve tip
If you really don't like Brussels sprouts, you can also replace them with green beans or broccoli florets
