Onigiri, is a Japanese rice ball. A dish/snack made of white rice formed into triangular or other shapes and often wrapped in toasted seaweed. It is very easy to make and you can vary endlessly with the filling!

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Japanese Shinode Rice
- 2 tablespoon Chilli Mixture nanami togarashi 7 spices
- 3 tablespoon Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 2 sheets Yaki Nori Roasted Seaweed (Green)
- 1 mold Sushi Mold Onigiri (2 pieces)
2 Cans of canned tuna(water)2 Spring onions
Preparation method for onigiri
- Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packet and let cool until it reaches room temperature.
- Drain the tuna well and mix with the mayonnaise. Then add the chili herbs, the finely chopped spring onions and the sesame.
- Take a small bowl and place a piece of cling film in it. Add 1-2 tablespoons of rice and spread the rice out with the rounded end of the spoon.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of the rice. Make sure you don't have too much filling so that the rice still fits around the filling.
- Then fold it over by pulling the ends of the cling film towards each other and forming a triangle.
- Then cover the onigiri with a piece of seaweed and you're done!
