Do you ever use fresh pineapple in a hot meal? Many people get no further than a pizza Hawaii, but that is about to change from now on! With this simple recipe for Pineapple Fried Rice, you will conjure up a magical Thai meal that the whole family will enjoy in no time!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 1 tbsp Thin Soy Sauce Formula A (Healthy Boy)
- 200 g Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
- 1 tsp Madras Curry (Mild)
- 1 brothcube Bouillon cubes chicken MAGGI pk 60x10g
1 Fresh pineapple
2 cloves of garlic: pressed
8 large shrimp (more is fine too)
50 g carrot: diced
1 Groene pepper: diced
2 tbsp raisins
1 Tomato: diced
Preparation method for Pineapple Fried Rice
- Cut the pineapple in half and remove the heart by cutting slots. Remove the pineapple flesh out of the skin and keep it in a bowl. You can use the pineapple skin as bowls to serve out of! li>
- Cut the pineapple flesh in triangles.
- Heat 3 tbsp peanut oil in a wok on medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and cook until it’s golden brown. Add the shrimp afterwards.
- As soon as the shrimp go pink, they’re cooked. Add the carrots, paprika and pineapple triangles to the wok. Add 1 tbsp sojasaus.
- Add the soup cube to the wok to give it more taste.
- Cook the rice according to the packaging. Then add the rice, the raisins and curry powder to the wok. Stir well and add fish sauce to taste.
- Add the chopped tomato to the wok and stir. You are ready to serve
Serve tip
You can use the leftover pineapple skin to serve this dish.
