Originally, the Pokebowl is not a Japanese dish but a Hawaiian dish. Make this delicious bowl on a summer day to cool down!

Ingredients
- 250 g *Vegetables edamame peeled GTC sc 1kg
- 1 tbsp Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Kizami Nori Shredded Roasted Seaweed
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Wasabi Paste
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Mayo
- 400 g Japanese Shinode Rice
- 4 tbsp Sushi Vinegar Uchibori 360 ml
Preparation method for Poké Bowl with Salmon
- Cook the sushi rice according to its instructions on the package. Mix the rice with the sushi vinegar. Set the sushi rice aside and let it cool of.
- Cut the salmon and tuna into cubes and set aside..
- Then cut the cucumber into thin strips, de avocado into cubes or slices and at last the mango.
- Take a bowl or a plate. Put some rice in the middle of your bowl or plate and place all the ingredients next to the rice. Garnish your poke bowl with sesame seeds and shredded seaweed.
