When you feel like a quick curry that is slightly spicy, this red curry with shrimp is the choice for you. The red curry is slightly milder than the green curry, for example. The addition of red chili pepper gives this curry its beautiful red color.

Ingredients
2 shallots chopped
1 cm ginger finely chopped
100 g shrimp cleaned
150 ml chicken or fish broth
100 g broccoli florets
1 lime
Preparation method for Red curry with prawns
- Put a few tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry your shallots in it golden brown over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger and curry paste and fry for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add the shrimp and stir through so that they are coated with the paste.
- Next, add some salt as well as the fish sauce, broth and coconut milk. Stir this well so that it is completely mixed. Then add the broccoli and cook for about 10 minutes.
- In another pan, bring water to a boil in which you cook the noodles as directed on the package.
- Drain the noodles and divide between several bowls. On top of the noodles serve the red curry and top with some lime juice.
