As the name of this dish suggests, oyster sauce is a key seasoning. Surprisingly, this oyster extract gives a sweet taste and a nice shine. However, the oyster sauce is only added at the end of this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Rice Oil
- 250 g Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Thin Soy Sauce
250 g Steak cut into strips
1 diced green bell pepper
1 Red bell bell pepper cut into cubes
Preparation method for Steak in oyster sauce
- Let the steak come to room temperature.
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the steak strips briefly.
- Add the peppers and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
- Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce into the wok and stir well. If necessary, season with a little salt and pepper.
