For months, this recipe has been all over social media. Leftover rice and salmon transformed into a delicious meal from the microwave. Don't have a microwave at home but still want to enjoy this delicious recipe? No worries! In fact, you can also prepare this recipe very well in a steamer basket!

Ingredients
- 50 g Jasmine Rice Gold (Fragrant Rice)
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Soy Sauce Premium
- 1 tbsp Wasabi Furikake 80g
baked leftover salmon
1 avocado
one soft boiled egg
Preparation method for Steamed rice with salmon
- Bring a pan of water to the boil.
- Once the water is boiling, put the steamer basket on the pan and place a sheet of baking paper in it.
- Spoon the remaining rice into the steamer basket and place the salmon on top.
- Put the lid on the steamer basket and let it steam for at least 5 minutes - until it is thoroughly warm.
- Remove your steamer basket from the pan and spoon the rice and salmon onto a plate, or like us, use the steamer basket as a plate as well.
- Now mix the salmon and rice with a fork until combined.
- Drizzle kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha and soy sauce over the dish and top with Furikake.8 Serve with half an avocado and a soft boiled egg
