stir fried thai pork loin

Ingredients

200 g Fricandeau cut into strips

1 Chopped onion

100 g Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1/2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped

1 tsp Mint finely chopped

Preparation method for stir fried thai pork loin

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the frikandeau until golden brown.
  2. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the contents of the wok sauce bag and the diced pineapple and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the coriander and mint and season with salt or pepper to taste.
  5. Serve with rice.
