Tasty and quick dish on the table? This delicious Thai pork dish is easy to prepare. The meat combined with pineapple chili sauce provides a fresh taste!

Ingredients
200 g Fricandeau cut into strips
1 Chopped onion
100 g Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
1/2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
1 tsp Mint finely chopped
Preparation method for stir fried thai pork loin
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the frikandeau until golden brown.
- Add the chopped onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the contents of the wok sauce bag and the diced pineapple and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Just before serving, fold in the coriander and mint and season with salt or pepper to taste.
- Serve with rice.

Thai fricandeau is also delicious with stir-fried cauliflower or broccoli.
