These stuffed lettuce rolls are actually kind of like sushi rolls, but without nori sheets but with lettuce leaves. The simple soy dipping sauce to go with it, makes it look even more like sushi! A nice light side dish due to the filling of rice and pangasius fillet. The festive look also makes it ideally suited as a delicious snack during a party!

Ingredients
- 100 g Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice
- 1 tablespoon Rice Oil
- 2 tablespoons Thin Soy Sauce Premium (Healthy Boy)
- 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 head of Iceberg lettuce
1/2 chili pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
250 g Pangasius fillet, diced
1 tbsp Fresh coriander, finely chopped
Preparation method for Stuffed lettuce rolls
- Boil the rice in about 200 ml of water with a little salt for about 10 minutes. Then do not drain and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Bring a liter of water to a boil in a second pot and carefully remove 8 leaves from the lettuce. Boil the leaves one at a time until soft and drain on a piece of kitchen paper.
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the chili pepper and garlic.
- Then add the fish cubes and fry until soft.
- When the fish is cooked, you can add the rice and season with a little salt.
- Now take a lettuce leaf and put 1 or 2 spoons of the rice mixture on it. Roll up the sheet tightly. If necessary, tie it with a piece of string.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce with the fish sauce and cilantro. This is a surprisingly flavorful and easy dipping sauce for your salad rolls!
