Summer Rolls with Shrimps

Ingredients

- 12 sheets Rice Paper Ø 22 cm

1 Cucumber

2 Spring onion

36 pieces peeled Shrimps

Vietnamese Mint

Coriander

Preparation method for Summer Rolls with Shrimps

  1. Cook the shrimps until tender and set aside.
  2. Slice the cucumber and spring onion julienne so that it fits nicely in the rolls.
  3. Prepare the rice paper according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Place 3 shrimps in the center of the rice paper and place the cucumber, carrot and spring onion on top.
  5. Add some mint and coriander on top.
  6. Fold the sides of the rice paper inwards and then roll it up. Serve immediately with the Vietnamese dipping sauce.
