Surinamese noodles, a popular dish from Surinamese cuisine which you can also make with dried shrimp! Easy to prepare and also very tasty! It is delicious to eat cucumber and red onion on sour with it.

Ingredients
50 g dried Shrimps
250 g Spaghetti
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Salam leaf
Few sprigs of celery
Preparation method for Surinamese noodles with dried shrimps
'
- Soak the dried shrimp in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Then rinse in a colander to reduce the saltiness.
- Then cook the spaghetti. 'Deglaze' the spaghetti with cold water so the strands don't stick together.
- Chop the onions and garlic very finely.
- Heat the rice oil in a wok pan and sauté the onions and garlic in it until translucent. Fry the prawns for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat slightly, add the spaghetti and pour over the soy sauce.
- Add the salami leaf and ginger powder. Crumble the bouillon cube and mix well.
Serve tip
Once well mixed, sprinkle with chopped celery.
