Sushi comes in all shapes and sizes. From maki to nigiri to temaki. But the creativity doesn't stop there. Today, we are serving you the Sushi Sandwich. All your favorite sushi ingredients in a 'sandwich'. Perfect for lunch!

Ingredients
- 200 g Sushi Rice
- nori sheets Yaki Nori Roasted Seaweed
- to taste Wasabi Mayonnaise Kewpie 130 ml
1/2 cucumber
75 g red cabbage, chopped
1 avocado
200 g salmon
Preparation method for sushi sandwich
- Cook the sushi rice as directed on the packet.
- Cut the salmon, cucumber and avocado into small pieces.
- Place a sheet of nori on your work surface.
- Start with a layer of sushi rice. This will cover half of the nori sheet.
- Also place the salmon, red cabbage, avocado and cucumber on top.
- Now fold the nori sheet and press it tight.
- Cut in half and spread with wasabi mayonnaise.

You can also replace the salmon with tuna or crispy chicken
