Tempura is a Japanese dish that usually consists of seafood or vegetables that have been breaded and deep fried. The most famous is the Shrimp Tempura and it is a very simple concept. You can basically make tempura out of any vegetable or fish etc.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons White Miso Soup Paste
- 150 g Somen Noodles (Tomoshiraga)
- 1 tablespoon Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Wasabi
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar
80 ml sparkling water / tap water
Vegetables & Fish of your choice
Oil, for frying
Preparation method for tempura
- Mix the tempura flour with the sparkling water or regular tap water. You can add a little more flour or water if the mixture is too thin or too thick.
- Slice the vegetables and/or fish of your choice. Sprinkle with cornstarch.
- Brush the vegetables and/or fish with the tempura flour and then fry until cooked.
- Serve with the tempura sauce.
Serve tip
Then dip in a nice soy sauce with a little sugar
