Mango sticky rice is perhaps one of the most famous Thai desserts. The delicious, sweet, sticky rice and topping of mango combined with a delicious sauce. Your head is already in some tropical place, right?

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Palm Sugar Slices
- 600 ml Coconut Milk Tetra Pak (18% Fat)
- to taste Roasted Black Sesame Seeds
- to taste Roasted White Sesame Seeds
- 500 g Glutinous Rice
75 g sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
⅓ tsp. salt

Preparation method for Thai mango sticky rice with coconut caramel sauce
- Cook the sticky rice according to package directions and replace 400 ml of the liquid with coconut milk. Mix the sugar with the rice and liquid and cook.
- While waiting for the rice to cook, prepare the sauce and toppings. Heat a separate pan and pour the 300 ml coconut milk and sugar together. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce is reduced by half. Set aside.
- Slice the mangoes as desired.
- Scoop rice onto a plate and serve with mangoes and coconut caramel sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
