- 1 piece *Fish bar fried CHIU CHOW pk 200g
- 2 tsp Hot Red Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Thin Soy Sauce Formula A (Healthy Boy)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
700 ml Water
3 el Sugar
450 g Oxheart cabbage
2 Spring onion
Preparation method for Tteokbokki
- Soak the rice cakes in water for about 20 minutes.
- Cut the fish bar, pointed cabbage and spring onion into 3 cm pieces.
- In a saucepan, bring the water, chili paste, chili flakes, soy sauce, sugar, garlic to a boil. Stir to ensure that all ingredients dissolve well.
- Add the rice cakes. Cook until the rice cakes are soft and the sauce has thickened (about 8-10 minutes). Stir frequently so that the rice cakes don't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Add the fish bar and cabbage. Cook it for 4-6 minutes. Depending on the rice cakes, you might have to cook it a little longer. Add water if it becomes too thick or if you don't have enough sauce.
