with Tahini sauce

Vegan vegetable rolls is a variation of Vietnamese Summer Rolls. Want to eat less meat or just feel like eating lots of vegetables? Then these rolls are perfect to make!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Sesame Paste Tahini
- 1 tbsp Boncabe Chili Powder Level 15 - 45 g
- 10 sheets Rice Paper Ø 22 cm
1 clove of Garlic
2 cm fresh Ginger
1 tsp Coconut blossom sugar
2 tbsp Lime juice
100 g grated White cabbage
3 Carrots grated
100 g finely chopped Leeks
Spring onion: cut into rings
fresh Coriander
Preparation method for Vegan rolls
- Combine the tahini, chili powder, garlic, fresh ginger, coconut blossom sugar and lime juice in a blender. Taste the sauce, the sauce should have a kick but with a sweet taste.The Rolls
- Prepare the rice paper according to the instructions on the package.
- Place the rice paper on a damp kitchen towel and fill it with the vegetables.
- Fold the sides inwards and close the roll from underneath.
- Do this until all ingredients are used.
- Serve with the delicious tahini sauce.
