
Vegetarian Jalfrezi Curry

Jalfrezi Curry is an Indian specialty where vegetables are stir-fried together with the spicy curry paste. Jalfrezi Curry is easy to prepare and ideal when you have leftover vegetables!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 200 g Corn young CHAOKOH can 425g/15-19pcs
- 200 g Basmati Rice
- 1 package Spice Paste Jalfrezi
1 Green pepper sliced
1 Red pepper sliced
2 Tomatoes sliced
100 g Peas (frozen)
Preparation method for Vegetarian Jalfrezi Curry
- Clean all the vegetables and slice in to strips or dices.
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the corn, peppers, tomatoes and peas in about 2 minutes.
- Add the Jalfrezi Curry wok sauce and stir-fry the dish on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the dish with Basmati rice.
Serve tip
Diced chicken and Tofu are a great addition to this dish.
