Vegetarian Jalfrezi Curry

Ingredients

1 Green pepper sliced

1 Red pepper sliced

2 Tomatoes sliced

100 g Peas (frozen)

Preparation method for Vegetarian Jalfrezi Curry

  1. Clean all the vegetables and slice in to strips or dices.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the corn, peppers, tomatoes and peas in about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the Jalfrezi Curry wok sauce and stir-fry the dish on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve the dish with Basmati rice.
