We are becoming more environmentally conscious and more open to vegetarian dishes. Having one of those days when you don't want to eat meat? Then we have a tasty and simple recipe for you. Wok dish with vegetables and Tempeh.

Ingredients
- 200 g Jasmine Rice (Fragrant Rice)
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 60 ml Peanut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Syrup
- to taste Satay Sauce Mix (Mild)
350 g Tempeh
2 Garlic cloves
Half a red pepper
1 Onion
1 Broccoli
200 g Peas
1 Zucchini
1 Red bell bell pepper
Preparation method for Vegetarian stir fry with tempeh
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Wash the vegetables, dice the peppers and zucchini and divide the broccoli into small florets.
- Cut the tempeh into strips, finely chop the red peppers, chop the onion and press the garlic. Heat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the tempeh over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and drain on kitchen paper.
- Add sesame oil to wok and sauté onion, garlic and red pepper. Add broccoli, snow peas, zucchini, bell peppers and ginger syrup. Fry in the wok for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the satay sauce.
- Stir the tempeh into the vegetables.
Serve tip
Serve with rice and satay sauce.
