Vegetarian stir fry with tempeh

Ingredients

- 200 g Jasmine Rice (Fragrant Rice)

- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil

- 60 ml Peanut Oil

- 1 tablespoon Ginger Syrup

- to taste Satay Sauce Mix (Mild)

350 g Tempeh

2 Garlic cloves

Half a red pepper

1 Onion

1 Broccoli

200 g Peas

1 Zucchini

1 Red bell bell pepper

Preparation method for Vegetarian stir fry with tempeh

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.
  2. Wash the vegetables, dice the peppers and zucchini and divide the broccoli into small florets.
  3. Cut the tempeh into strips, finely chop the red peppers, chop the onion and press the garlic. Heat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the tempeh over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove from the pan, place on a plate and drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Add sesame oil to wok and sauté onion, garlic and red pepper. Add broccoli, snow peas, zucchini, bell peppers and ginger syrup. Fry in the wok for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the satay sauce.
  6. Stir the tempeh into the vegetables.
