
Whipped Tofu Dip

We all know tofu as those cubes through soups, salads or as a meat substitute, but did you know that you can also "whip" tofu very nicely and serve a perfect dip with it? We did! And are happy to share it with you.

Ingredients
- 349 g Firm Silken Tofu (Tetra Pak)
- wonton sheets *Wonton sh. 9cm HAPPY BELLY pk 300g
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Crispy Onions in Chilli Oil
pinch of salt
1 spring onion
Oil for frying
Preparation method for Whipped Tofu Dip
- Take the Silken Tofu and put it in a food processor or blend with a blender until you get a smooth mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix again briefly.
- Put the Tofu dip in a bowl and top with sesame oil, crispy chili oil and some spring onion.
- Deep fry some wonton sheets that are perfect for dipping!
Serve tip
If necessary, replace the sesame oil with olive oil and add toppings to taste. The variations are endless.
