You've probably seen these skewers at the all you can eat restaurants. Yakitori skewers. The dish is more than 400 years old. Yaki means grilled and Tori means chicken. But there are lots of different variations of the Yakitori. Let us introduce you to the easy variation of Yakitori.

Ingredients
- 240 g Bamboo Skewers (30,5 cm)
- 1 tablespoon Yakitori Barbecue Chicken Sauce
500 g Chicken thighs
Salt
Preparation method for yakitori chicken
- Place the skewers in a glass of water.
- Cut the chicken thighs into cubes, you can determine the size yourself.
- Sprinkle the chicken cubes with salt and thread them onto the skewers. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Grill the skewers on the grill or griddle pan until cooked, brushing the skewers with a brush to taste. The more you do this, the more intense the flavor will be.
