Sinamak spiced vinegar, is a white vinegar flavoured with onions, garlic and chilli peppers, among others. Originating from the Philippines, this vinegar is used mainly with grilled meat and fish dishes such as with Bangus (milk fish) or Chicharon (deep-fried pork rind).
