Black mushroom is also called ear fungus, wood fungus or cloud fungus. Thai Dancer Black Fungi are dried black mushrooms and are known for their crisp al dente consistency. The flavor is mild neutral. The mushrooms should be soaked in warm water for approximately 30 minutes in which they swell drastically. Use Thai Dancer Dried Black Fungus for the preparation of Chinese soups and stir-fries like mu shu (pork in soy sauce).
