Noodles Goreng

Ingredients

- 200 g Mie Noodles

- 2 tablespoon Peanut Oil

- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

- 4 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Ketjap Manis)

1 tsp Salt

200 g Chicken breast, cut into strips

1 Lemon (you'll need the juice)

1 Onion, cut into half-moons

6 Garlic cloves, cut into slices

300 g Kale, cut into strips

Preparation method for Noodles Goreng

  1. Soak the noodles in boiling hot water with 1 tsp salt for about 5 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
  2. Mix the chicken strips with the lemon juice.
  3. Heat the wok with 2 tablespoons oil and add the onions, garlic, stock cube and chicken to the wok and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add the noodles and stir in 5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  5. Add the pointed cabbage.
  6. Add the black pepper and stir well again - the simple but delicious Bami Goreng is ready.
