This butter chicken is a very popular dish from northern India (Moghul). Although it is a curry, the taste is mild enough that you can enjoy it with the whole family! It is a creamy dish, with tomato and sweet spices. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 50 g Indian Butter Chicken Spice Paste
- 400 g Basmati Rice
750g chicken wings
20g butter
1 large onion (150 g): chopped
3 tbsp tomato paste
125 ml cream
125 ml water
Parsley or sprig of cilantro garnish
Preparation method for Butter Chicken Wings
- Marinate the chicken wings in the spice paste and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté the onions. Add tomato paste, cream and chicken wings. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the water and bring to a boil. Cover the kettle and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes (or until the chicken is done).
- Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to the package directions.
- Garnish the dish with parsley or cilantro.
